Add CA-based config for LAr Phys Wave prediction

ComponentAccumulator-based config of the job that computes the physics OFCs. So far verified only for EM.

Note that this code is not executed by the CI (or any grid-workflow), it's internal to the LAr Electronic Calibration procedure.
