Fix track collection key for IDPVM decorations

Louis-Guillaume Gagnon requested to merge lgagnon/athena:fix-trackcollection into master

This MR fixes the CombinedInDetTracks collection key to what is actually in ESDs. This was causing the hit residual monitoring plots in IDPVM to come up empty.

Heads up @keli as this will most likely cause the hit residual plots to re-appear in InDetART.
