Include Et efficiency plots by eta slices

This MR is for making some adjustments to the TrigEgammaMonitoringMT framework:

  • Includes new ET efficiency plots by eta slices;
  • Removes distribution plots for ethad and ethad1 from monitoring (ATR-22693);
  • Adjusts the range of higher distribution and efficiency plots;
