MuonCombinedRecExample: Configuration fix.

Scott Snyder requested to merge ssnyder/athena:config.MuonCombinedRecExample-20211130 into master

UseOnlyHittedSectors needs to be off for non-collision configurations: MooSegmentFinderAlg doesn't produce the input in those cases.

Fixes crash in q220. See ATLASRECTS-6716.
