Share new/old JO for decision objects making

Tomasz Bold requested to merge tbold/athena:reuse-newjo-TDT-in-hlt-result-getter into master

Inclusion of trigger reco in New JO reco resulted in some logic duplication. This MR reduces that.

Further followups will be needed to:

  • configure output EDM in new JO
  • share more configuration
