TCT: Data test for Run2 Reprocessing

This MR makes the following updates:

  1. 4 new data tests are added to TCT. They are the same which were previously in TrfTestsART. The number of entries is reduced to 200 and using option --imf False
  2. The 4 data tests in TrfTestsART are updated: the output comparison is removed.

So this would be the change what was discussed at the Reco meeting with @elmsheus
