Unify GSF config . Base on the one we actuall use in production

Since 2011 we routinely use GSF from e/gamma in production.

Not sure if we ever had an InDet usage really I think these fragments prb are there for historical reasons carried over over the years. In principle GSF is not something one would use for a general replacement of chi2 or KF (btw some of the KF options are not MT safe so not sure we can use them but this is yet another story).

Anyhow, in case there is a use (?) lets not remove all of it , but express things via the fragments actually used in production, maintained that we know they work. The existing ones here were using options that have been removed.

Perhaps we should consider removing them all together at some point...

The only special thing appeared to be the ROTcreation, which actually is not used (retrieved) as RefitOnMeasurementBase is set to true but OK ...
