TRT GeoModel working with new DD inputs.
This MR contains changes to the TRT_GeoModel code enabling this to work in simulation with the "new Detector Description". The switch from old --> new DD is activated by providing an sqlite database file for the GeoModelSvc. This flag today is not used in simulation, and when unused, does not alter behaviour. It has been tested with single tracks and with MinBias events in both modes. It is ready for validation in Athena, using the normal default behaviour.
