tauRecTools: drop BDT track classifier (superseded by RNN classifier)

Hello,

This MR removes the deprecated BDT tau track classifier, which is superseded by the RNN track classifier in R22. The (BDT) track classifier could never be used in the trigger in Run2, only some test chains were implemented in R21.3 (tracktwoRNN). Unrelated, minor cleanup was also made in the CaloClusterVariables tool.
