CaloRecoCfg: schedule BS conversion if we're actually reading BS

Schedule BS conversion in CaloRecoCfg if we're actually reading BS. This fixes data overlay reco which is considered data if not stated otherwise.

Partially fixes ATLASSIM-5504.
