The HI setup requires different parameters passed to the JetCalibrationTool.

Also, a special subtraction is applied whent he HI jets are used as recommended.

Note that the changes are not nice, manyhtings are hardcoded, but some parts are really not ideal on the the HI derivation side - e.g. incompatibility in the names of the jet collections between MC and data. So hardcoding simply looked like an acceptable solution
