AnalysisTop: Support for FastSim photon ID SFs
Support for fast sim photon ID SFs was added to the PhotonEfficiencyCorrectionTool recently (see !49303 (merged)). This update adds the support to AnalysisTop. Previously, it would have used the full sim SF regardless of the data type.
