Enabled electron NN Pid computation in TRT config
This MR turns on the electron NN Pid computation in the new CA TRT config, as was the case in the old config. See TrackingCommon.py#L1048 and InDetJobProperties.py#L1183 Unfortunately
xAOD::TrackParticleAuxContainer_v5_InDetTrackParticlesAuxDyn.eProbabilityNN now stores a non-default 0.5 value in ESD which matches the old config (initial comparisons were done assuming q443 and q221 were identical CA/non-CA configs).
