Adding Phase-I L1 information and Run 3 HLT jet collections to the derivation framework. Add to comment out lines 134, 151-152 and 161-163 to be able to test it with JETM1 on valid1.410000.PowhegPythiaEvtGen_P2012_ttbar_hdamp172p5_nonallhad.recon.AOD.e4993_s3214_d1732_r13252_tid27512968_00, but it's tested and is working. Tagging @ayana and @cantel for the jet trigger and @cdelitzs and @wbalunas for the JSV group to review.
