Update RIG standalone tests

Update RIG standalone tests for all domains, except met, egamma and tau (to be updated later). This removes existing tests and replaces them with new config tests running standalone from RAW and/or ESD. One exception is tracking from RAW, which also runs calorimeter (required for tracking reco to work).
