CutFlow histograms' bins were labelled with numbers. I am adding self-explanatory labels to help the shifters understand what is going on with each cut. Furthermore, some b-taggers are not being maintained anymore, and are thus not to be monitored. I am deleting the parts of the code which schedule their histogramming.
