Adding logical volumes to ITkStrip SD configuration
Self-explanatory name.
This is related to https://gitlab.cern.ch/Atlas-Inner-Tracking/ITKLayouts/-/issues/14.
I have already tested this is not breaking the current ITk simulation, even if the definition of the additional logical volume is missing in the detector description. It might be reverted if not needed.
