This MR adds the ComponentAccumulator-style configuration of HGTD digitization, including the necessary bits in order actually plug the HGTD into the rest of the main digi job configuration. It also contains trivial fixes to the underlying HGTD_DigitizationTool that were needed in order to run successfully.
