Robustness improvements for input file metadata peeking in old-style configuration

Update old-style configuration to cope with the fact that the capitalisation of the pixel sub-system is different in the metadata of files produced with ComponentAccumulator.

Addresses one of the issues mentioned in ATLASSIM-5796.
