Migrating PseudoTracking to CA squashed

Migrated Pseudotracking to using CA by adding a TruthTrackingConfig to run it.
New flags InDet.Tracking.doPseudoTracking and InDet.Tracking.doIdealPseudoTracking.
CA now reproduces the OLD config results and this MR is ready for review. The old config does not include TRT for some reason, probably due to timing issues, so I'll leave this option commented out for now
Will leave it to @gfacini and @vcairo for the decision. Adding @srettie @kbehr
