AnalysisTop: custom electron id sf path also for the loose level

Merged Johanna Wanda Kraus requested to merge jwkraus/athena:ElectronIDSFFilePathLoose_newoption into 21.2

So far there was only an option to set the ID SF path for the tight level ElectronIDSFFilePath. This MR adds an analogous option for the loose level: ElectronIDSFFilePathLoose. See the discussion in ANALYSISTO-1211.
