Updates to trigger muon hypo monitoring
Some minor upates to the muon hypo monitoring:
- Moved the filling of the muComb histograms to after we check if there is a proper muon so that we don't get spikes at 0 in the hitsograms (ATR-26102)
- Added a variable to the configuration to be able to easily turn on the monitoring for all histograms to help make local debugging of problems a bit easier
