Correction of sTGC wire and pad cabling
sTGC wire and pad numbering in ATHENA is different than the one followed in the cabling map used to associate feb channels to physical strip/wire/pad indices. This MR associates wire and pad indices coming out of the cabling map to the respective indices of the same wires and pads according to ATHENA's numbering scheme, before offline identifiers are generated.
This issue was highlighted after the analysis of the first data. It has been described in internal meetings (e.g. here) and discussed with relevant sTGC experts.
In addition to this, a mistake in the numbering of Micromegas strips was found. Presently, the decoder associates vmm channels to MM strips with a correct map, but starting from strip=0. This is wrong since Athena starts the numbering from 1 (0 is reserved for disconnected vmm channels and is later rejected). Added +1 to ensure correct Athena identifiers for all vmm channels.
