Prepare TriggerMenuMT to include Egamma, tau and BPhysics into menuCA

Prepare the CA version of the menu for including more signatures following the agreed strategy. This avoids crashing the menu-CA tests when either a ComboHypo or ComboHypoTools are not ready and migrated.
