GeneratorFilters xAODMETFilter and xAODHTFilter put filter variables into xAOD::EventInfo
as requested by @zmarshal variables on which we filter will be put into xAOD::EventInfo In this MR it is done for xAODHTFilter and xAODMETFilter. HTFilter and MissingEtFilter will now exit with Error when run in HepMC3.
In xAODMEtFilter and xAODHTFilter isPrompt based on MCTruthClasiffier is used.
