Run 3 data OFC(Mu=0) calibrationn

New ES model es2024_Run3_ofc0_v0 for a preliminary calibration of run 3 data recorded with the mu=0 LAR conditions. Starting point es2017_R21_ofc_v1 Updated central scale and systematic uncertainties (new directory in eGammaEnergyCorrectionData.root v33) Scale based on 2018 OFC=0 scale + ZeeStyst systematics increased by 0.3% in quadrature All other systematics and setup are the same as in e2017_R21_ofc_v1
