TauAnalysisTools: Make sure dressedPhoton decoration gets copied.

In BuildTruthTaus, when we copy the truth object, the dressedPhoton decoration may not get copied if it hasn't been locked. Copy the decoration explicitly if needed. See ATLASRECTS-8008.
