TrigAnalysisTest: ignore count diff in main

Hello,

As discussed in ATR-30409, this ART test compares trigger counts against an expected reference. The reference is derived in 24.0. But trigger counts have now diverged between 24.0 and main. As we don't really want to manually maintain a second reference for the main branch, this MR is ignoring the outcome of the count difference, in the main branch only.
