Allow custom outputContainerName

Kyungeon Choi requested to merge (removed):fix_custom_outputContainerName into main
  • There is a need of having a custom container name which is set by setSoureName method in the ConfigAccumulator.py
  • A suffix _%SYS% is forced to be appended except hard-coded EventInfo
  • This allows a user to set output container name
