StoreGate: Take container key into account when assigning to a DecorHandleKeyArray.

We can optionally initialize a DecorHandleKeyArray with a ReadHandleKey representing the container being operated on; in that case, the strings contain just the decoration name. But when we assigned to a DecorHandleKeyArray, the specified container key was not being taken into account. Fixed.
