Remove incident in MuPatCandidateTool by using SlotSpecificObj to be thread-safe.
- This is possibly related to https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLASRECTS-5087.
Remove unused MuPatCandidateTool in MooTrackFitter.
Remove unused IMuonTrackFinder in MuGirlGlobalFit/GlobalFitTool.

RunTier0Tests.py was fine. RunTier0Tests.log
