Fix ignoring isOnline variable for the moment.. It is related to ATR-20523, but not the final solution (which I think is an egamma issue). I would like to profit and ask @fwinkl and @rbielski about this flag. It seems to be false for jobs including testHLT_MT.py..
Is that normal?!
