      Fixed the Reflex dictionary generator scripts. · a5e8b2ec

      Recently the scripts were extended to produce .d files, which would be
      used by Ninja to detect when dictionaries need to be re-generated.
      
      As it turns out, the setup was not working correctly with Clang. Preventing
      the building of analysis releases on macOS.
      
      This update only turns on the creation of the .d files if the Ninja
      generator was requested. And it fixes the incantation used for the .d
      file generation with Clang/GCC.
      
      The update also makes sure that the dictionary generation is run in the
      runtime environment of the current project. In case it is the current
      project that sets up ROOT "for the first time".

      Updated the build of Davix and ROOT so that ROOT would find Davix. · 8a58eac4

      ROOT changed how it would look for Davix with 6.14/00. Now it relies
      exclusively on the davix.pc file installed with Davix.
      
      Unfortunately this means that we now need to install davix.pc with our
      Davix installation. And that file is inherently non-relocatable. :-(
      So for instance building ROOT on top of a CVMFS installed AnalysisBaseExternals
      release will not be possible.
      
      Still, in order to fix the build/handing of Davix, this has to be
      done for now.

      Made it possible to use generator expressions on configure.sh. · e6fb1370

      When building ROOT while taking Python from the system, the previous
      version of the code ended up putting generator expressions into the
      configure.sh script for the paths of the Python directories/files.
      
      Now configure.sh is created in two steps. First running it through
      configure_file(...), and then running the result of this through
      file(GENERATE...). This way a correct script is produced even in the
      presence of generator expressions in the configuration options passed
      to ROOT.
