Made GeoModel pick up ZLIB from LCG, if an LCG release is set up. Previously the build would take ZLIB from /usr. Potentially causing runtime issues under very particular circumstances. (See: athena!48207 (merged))

At the same time updated the default hash of GeoModel to the version currently used in the master build of Athena.
