I have locally built an onnxruntime_1.11.1 (GPU enabled) from source; I can build atlasexternals with this new ort locally; now before deploying these changes to the master I would like to run athena package locally with this atlasexternal build. Can I link this locally built atlasexternal to athena for testing (so I can be sure it doesn't load the unnecessary cuda package)? I have tried with my limited cmake knowledge but haven't succeeded yet. Let me know if you have a recipe.
