Add ssh key / xquartz setup for X setup in lima

I realized that when going through the lima X setup section at https://atlas-software.docs.cern.ch/athena/containers/lima/#enable-x-graphics on a new Mac the following is missing:

• Mention that xquartz should be installed
• Mention ssh key setup procedure

Will add these instructions in a few days.
