Make sure cpack line is documented

For analysis software, including

atlas_cpack_setup()

in the project's CMakeLists.txt file is often important to get the software packed up and shipped to the grid with a job. It looks like we have not explained this anywhere, and I think it's important to add to some piece of documentation or tutorial.
