Update link to dev tutorials?

Here: https://atlas-software.docs.cern.ch/athena/developers/

We have: "Finally we occasionally have ATLAS Developer Tutorials (for the moment, this page may be restricted to ATLAS members)." This links to the twiki, which says it is deprecated. I think this should instead just link to here: https://atlas-software.docs.cern.ch/athena/developers/tutorial/

Also, is there a link to the GPU tutorial(s) anywhere?
