List formatting problems

There are still list formatting problems. E.g. we are missing the indentation here https://atlas-software.docs.cern.ch/software-infrastructure/release-coordinators/#copy-rpms-and-install-to-cvmfs compared to https://atlassoftwaredocs.web.cern.ch/software-infrastructure/release-coordinators/

Also the list items here https://atlas-software.docs.cern.ch/software-infrastructure/release-coordinators/#tag-and-deploy-a-release-after-a-successful-build need to be formatted as list and not as a single line.
