Add support for Matomo tracking

I was asked to remove Google Analytics from my MKDocs site by the Data Protection Officer due to GDPR concerns. It seems that Matomo is the officially supported CERN analytics tool. I recommend adding to the FAQ or Advanced topics a post how to enable it on an MKDocs site.
