When generating the ReST documentation, cheby uses the following
characters for the heading levels #, =, -. However, this choice might
not be optimal when the cheby output is going to be integrated in larger
documentation where those character are used differently, or the cheby
memory map should be using lower heading levels.

This patch adds the `--rest-header` option to be able to set the desired
list of characters

The code has been modified to accept 'wb-XX-YY' as a valid bus type,
where XX is the word width and YY endianess.
