hw: P1V8_FMC banks 44, 45, 46, and 48

On p6 of the schematics, it should be made clear that banks banks 44, 45, 46 and 48 are driven by P1V8_FMC and not P1V8 as bank 47 - amend the vertical comment. Note that banks 44, 66, 67 and 68 are missing such (useful) comments.

In addition, these banks should ONLY contain FMC signals so the following ones should be placed elsewhere:

• LEMO_IO2_DIR
• LEMO_IO2_TERM
• LEMO_IO2_BUF
