degraded performance on APU(s) on V2

I seems that we have a 30/40% performance penalty on V2 hardware with regards to V1.

Running the same firmware on both V1/V2, it seems that V2 is going way slower.

We ran firmware from https://gitlab.cern.ch/mro/controls/sambuca/vitis/sambuca-vitis/-/commit/5850ff19c79c024af8de63c021c5e5b0b29a02dc with PERF_DEBUG enabled in https://gitlab.cern.ch/mro/controls/sambuca/vitis/sambuca-vitis/-/blob/5850ff19c79c024af8de63c021c5e5b0b29a02dc/resolvers_app/src/config.h#L28 and compared measured execution times in debug buffer, firmware was not recompiled when running on the two platforms (only fmc_mfe_top.bin was replaced).
