Issue parsing exponent?

As discussed on mattermost:

For comparison, here '404 0051' during the very same test run, which shows green and has entries:

So the s/w can't deal with the '-6E-5' and would like '0.00006' here somehow, but it does that ok for LDy1EN on the other PB. '404 0051' however has no '-6E-5' for any of those. Attaching its Jsons for comparison. Hm. This output is from a Keithley 2410. We'll still check the wirebonds, of course.
