CARA to CAiMIRA full migration

Relates to #277 (closed)

This MR accomplishes all the updates comming from !393 (merged) and !392 (merged) and the following UI changes related to the new project name - CAiMIRA:

• Updated the UI text;
• Updated the logos in every page, including the Expert App;
• Updated README;
• Updated the mail references to CAiMIRA-dev@cern.ch;
• Removed unused images.
• Updated "COVID Calculator" to just "Calculator"

Tool version to be discussed.
