New logic for probability of infection

This MR contains the changes needed to calculate the probability of infection when different intervals are defined - useful for the dynamic occupancy (to be implemented) - with the list of doses (one for each interval).

To be followed up with the logic for the incidence rate and reproduction number when dynamic exposed occupants are defined.
