Update on CO2 routes

Luis Aleixo requested to merge feature/co2_endpoints into master
  • Added a new route for the suggestion ventilation transition times (/co2/transition_times)
  • Small updates on routes' nomenclature (e.g. /virus_report became /virus/report anticipating additional virus endpoints to be developed in the future)
  • Updated documentation

The handling of the preflight requests' is the next step
