Update model - Virology parameters

After the discussion an input from Dr. Julian Tang (recording here: https://cern.zoom.us/rec/share/XcUMSMKuGCeYTll40H_kxkdiwmqSidqNs0iILsnr37qNHMvccXlKK0iw78_g0NCF.AaSPDKTG_KsIUAZw / Access Passcode: w2SxbE!R) there are several improvement points in the model to take into account.

Here is the task list for the necessary updates:

  • swap the qID parameter from the (ER or qR) to the P(I) formula - slide 4 here: Exp_model_-_Wells_Riely.pptx
  • Not needed anymore - Add aerosolized virus factor into the exposure model - see #175 (closed)
  • Add an 'aerosolized RNA copy to infectious virus' factor in the concentration model
  • Improve the gravitational deposition factor (currently it is a constant value)
  • Improve the inward efficiency of masks, currently it is a constant value. (see code line 393 in https://www.overleaf.com/project/610a4b3a3e14b2249a6940a0 )
  • Improve the viral deposition factor (see code line 404 in https://www.overleaf.com/project/610a4b3a3e14b2249a6940a0 )
  • Add the effect of vaccination in the model - still to be decided
