warning on maximum depth (natural ventilation)

I find the warning introduced in MR !277 (merged) slightly ambiguous:

Single-sided ventilation is assumed in the model and is typically effective for room depths up to 5.5 m from the opening, or up to a depth 2.5 x the ceiling height.

Which one of the two is the limit? the minimum or the maximum? or is the 5.5 m rule just derived from the other one in the case of a ceiling at 2.2 m?

If it is the minimum (resp. maximum) I suggest:

Single-sided ventilation is assumed in the model and is typically effective for room depths up to 5.5 m from the opening, or up to a depth 2.5 x the ceiling height, which of the two is minimum. (resp. maximum)

If it is the latter option, then just suppress the approximate 5.5 m requirement - probably everyone can estimate one's ceiling height...
