New website with climate feature

This branch contains the most up to date code from the feature/climate_function branch with the newest HTML and css from the summer student website. I got the search functionality working as it is supposed to and everything seems good to merge.

I removed the CERN css files as they are not being used and the only other changes were that I added the new style.css sheet as well as changed all of the HTML templates for the website.
